Refund and Return Policy

At Sway Clothing, we adhere to Indian guidelines for e-commerce transactions, ensuring transparency and fairness in our refund and return process.

Returns

You have 7 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return for an item purchased on our website. To initiate a return, please visit our website and navigate to the “Returns” section. Provide your order details and reason for return to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Once approved, you will receive an RMA number via email.

Return Pickup

For your convenience, we’ve partnered with Shiprocket, a trusted logistics service. A Shiprocket executive will be assigned to collect the return parcel from your doorstep. Ensure the item is securely packaged and undamaged.

Refunds

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 6-7 days for the refund to reflect in your account. If you have not received your refund within this timeframe, please follow these steps:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company, as there may be a delay before the refund is officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank to inquire about any processing delays.
